Many tasks on HEPMDB require you to be registered. Registration can be done at the following address: http://hepmdb.soton.ac.uk/index.php?mod=user&act=register

Generalities
As for any registration form, you'll have to give a certain number of fields. Each field marked with an asterix are mandatory. Once the form's completed, you'll receive an e-mail confirming that your registration request has been taken inton account. It should be accepted by our team quite quickly. You'll receive a second e-mail when you are allowed to use HEPMDB at full capacity.

Giving your e-mail is mandatory. First, it's a simple way to check that this is a real registration. Then, when using the computational capacities of HEPMDB, your e-mail will be used to warn you when the job is done.

This is kind of straight forward. Enter your password twice in order to avoid typos.
Affiliation
For our statistics, we require this field to be filled in. Typical affiliation are your university and the name of your laboratory.
